History Details View - Automatic set property ReadOnly to true in Memo Box

Hi!
I've a question.
I add a Memo Box in form History Details View. How it got set read only without code make for me? This behavior occurs too with Notes Box and PickList (Regarding, Category, etc.).
The close code to disable control is:
