SLX mail merge Question

Hi all
i have SLX 7.5.0
i havea simple email template (made on word 2007) with the company logo
when i called from SLX client , write / email using template, select my template ad run mail merge, in the outlook the new email appears with the logo , and all work great
when one of my users try to open the same template , this users connect to SLX server using a VPN tunnel, the new email in outlooks open , all the text appears OK even the data binding fields appears OK
but the company logo appears with an red X like when you open a HTML page and the image can not be found
this error is making me crazy, please help me, i will own you one if any one know what is happenning
i need to add like 20 templates for my users but all need the company logo

How are you adding the Image to the document? Is it embeded or linked?
Could it be possible that the Image is being linked from a location that he doesn't have access to?
Or, is it stored on a format that his machine doesn't have a filter for?

i realy dont know
i just open architect click on manage / template / new
its open a word 2007 windows with some SLX tools to
i click on insert from world 2007 / image and set an image from my image folders, i dont know if the image should be accesible in the network, i will try that and test
but if i try on another computer in the same network that the SLX server the image comes out OK :-S
is there any way to use HTML code instead the word editor inside Architect?

i try to add the logo from a shared folder over the net
but still does not appears when the user open the new mail windows
any one ? |
