There is no such thing - it's simply a setting in Architect:

================
Forms Conversion
================
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SalesLogix\Architect]
"AllowFormConversions"=dword:00000001

You will now find an icon in the architect when you open a legacy form.
