Salelogix Templates- Text Boxes on the form seem to disappear after Mail Merge Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hi,

We have word document template which need to be merged with SalesLogix.
When I merge the document with SLX- the check boxes remain there but the text boxes on the form disappears (on the output file). Has anyone faced this kind of issue before? Please let me know.

Hi,

Is there any data going into the field? There is an option somewhere in merge fields to suppress the field if it is blank.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.
Well- no data goes into these text box fields- we want the end user to fill in.
We are using SLX version 7.0.1.1069- is the option to suppress the blank fields available in this version? Somehow I am missing it. Can you please tell me where it is?
