Hi All, interesting problem........When inserting a New Contact and New Account i enter the contact name, account name and email address.

I then tab through the fields down to contact information to invoke the potential matches script. When the potential matches script runs an error appears. I have tracked down the reason for this error and it appears it occurrs if a match IS found on the contact name and the contacts address has trailing blank spaces after the City.

I removed the trailing spaces from the address components of a contact this error appeared on and after the change the potential matches ran with no error.

Is there any way to TRIM the address fields of the matched contact before SLX tried to read them into the contact information boxes?
