Attachment in scheduleactivity in History Details View Form

Hi Folks
in outlook 2003 I register an email with an attachement. Then I recall this email and i press the to-do button in the form checking "Carry over attachments", but the new activity have no attachment.
the script is
If chkCarryOverAttachments.Checked Then
objActivity.Attachments = Activity.Attachments 'this will copy all attachments
End If
Even if I see the attachment in attachment tab of the email form in the attachment tab of the new activity there is no file
In the script I try to put a msgbox Activity.attachment.count and the result is 0
This happens only for email register from outlook or dragged and dropped.
Anyone can help me please?
