					| You need to research Administrative roles.
 On the SLX Administrator, you could assign a user certain pre-defined roles, or create your own if needed.
 One of the task that can be secured via these roles is "Picklist Manager"

					| Hi Raul, I have tried this also.BUT it is not working. I have created a role for 'PickList Manager' function in 'Manage Administrative Roles' and assigned this role to an user.
 When i logged-in as that user, the 'Manage->Pick List.....' option get disabled.
 I have also tried this...
 Administrator->User->Function Security->Tools->Manage->Pick Lists....Give Aceesss.
 THIS doesn't allow to Edit/Delete ant picklist.(both buttons get disabled)
 I am not able to do anything at database level either, because the above steo doesn't record ant changes in the table - USERSECFUNCTIONS.
 Looks like this feature is only for 'Administrator' user.
 Let me know if I am missing something??
 Thanx,
 Harendra
