Application.BasicFunctions.ShowViewForRecord automagic RefreshmainView?!!!

Well here's a new one for me.....Application.BasicFunctions.ShowViewForRecord automagically does an F5 Refreshmainview......specifically this is an 'add' customized popupmenu option from a non databound to the form grid....
When you do a cascade.delete and then refresh the grid the record disappears and no refreshmainview.....that was expected behavior.
I guess this is more of an undocumented function call behavior FYI.....Application.BasicFunctions.ShowViewForRecord has more involved in simply calling a Data Form in either Add or Edit mode.... |
