Been a while since I've worked with SLX, esp. the LAN client, but here goes.

According to this post, the functionality in the LAN client merge cannot be accessed. According to this it sounds like it can be customized - although I think it's more of an override, not actually customized in the sense that you can tweak it - you can just replace it with custom functionality. Does anyone have a definitive answer? Has it changed since the original post I linked to (from 2010)?

SalesLogix LAN 7.5.3.

Thanks,

Jeff

P.S. - My whole purpose in this is to see if I can change the default behavior of it deleting non-primary addresses on the merge account. (with the merge term being the SLX definition). I'd really like the non-primary addresses on the merge account to be moved to the primary account. Sadly, I see the delete statements being issued in the SLX Profiler. It does update data from the primary address on the merge account to the primary address on the primary account if the primary account address doesn't have it. All other merge account addresses are deleted.
