Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to stop an user from dragging emails to the Contact Details  MainView or the Notes-History grid if the contact status is inactive. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Open the Contact Detail MainView (not the contact details form). In here, go to Scripts Tab and then locate:

MainAXFormFileDrop

You can prevent it by running your test first and then just bypassing this. Same proc for NH.

Regards
Mike
