I have added some new fields to the Attachment Table which can be edited by the user with a custom Form.
Now I want to automatically have that custom form opened whenever an Attachment is saved.
I have an idea how to do this when - doing a drag and drop to the Attachment Tab - click the "Insert File" button - save an Attachment via Outlook2CRM
BUT I have no idea how to do this when using the SalesLogix "Write Letter" function. Is there a way to trigger on that function by an Event or in some script? |
