It's virtualised (albeit, VMWare which IMHO is still better than MS). Dual Core 4Gb - nothing fancy. However, the physical server is 32Gb with 24 cores - which, at this time of night, will be thrown at this VM as nothing else is going on.


So, where does it lag particularly for you ?

A good example of the lag is clicking the Convert Lead button.


On the Lan client, the popup arrives immediately.


On the web client there is a solid 3-5 seconds of delay.


Other places would be on clicking the list view of Leads which has 4000+ entries but that delay seems understandable.
