fiogf49gjkf0d I am trying to insert a SalesLogix field into an existing template, but when I open the Insert SalesLogix Mail Merge Field window, the field I want to insert is not available. What I do not understand is that the field I am trying to insert is already an existing field in the template. If the field could be insert by the original template creator, why is the field not available to insert a second time? I feel like I am overlooking a basic element here, but clearly I am not sure what that would be.

Asked that question prematurely, I did not realize that one can right-click on a field in the Insert SalesLogix Mail Merge window and then select CreateLocalJoin from the context menu where one can proceed to join to another SLX table on that field. |
