We're in the process of spinning up a separate dev/test environment for SalesLogix.  Our goal is to do any new development in this environment, fully test it, and then migrate the customizations to our production environment.

Where are the VB scripts stored in the database (or server)?  The ultimate question is how can we easily migrate the custmizations from one SLX instance (dev/test) to another (production).

You would use Architect - then create a new project that contains all the plugins and use this as the method to move between databases (you cannot extract them any other way). Your dev system can simply be a copy of your live system - with the requisite changes made to logging path.
