In my account form (Support Account), i have several tabviews. When i'm positioned in one account and i enter in more than one tab, what happens is that if change account, SLX takes more than 1 minute to refresh account info beacause it loads the tabs that i used in the previous account. Is there a way to avoid this?

Are these customised views ? It shouldn't be doing this - it should, however, be loading data for the account you are now on (which is where I suspect the issue is). What you can do is use c:\pf\saleslogix\slxprofiler.exe to examine what is happening during these loads. You'll be able to see from the timings (on the left) which tabs are taking the time and working backwards from there to isolate which tab is the issue and then what the data problem is. You are most likely missing an index (watch the attachment and history tabs for this). What version are you on ?

Thanks for the help Mike. My SLX version is 6.1.0.1065. I think taht this version doesn't have the slxprofiler.exe. About my views, they are a mix of customised and standard views. I have a total of 29 views for the account form. The thing is that if don't navigate throw the tabs i don't have this issue when i change from one account to another. if i enter in ticket view which is a standard view and enter in other customised view that has a lot of data as well, the next time i switch to other account, SLX will try to toad these 2 tabs even if i don't want to use them.

Yes, unfortunately, no SLXProfiler in that version *BUT* more importantly the issue you see IS the issue in 6.1. It's a known defect and wasn't fixed to a later version (6.2.6) - and you really ought to come off that version anyway !
