Is it possible to add a custom address label to the option Write--->Address Labels ?

I need the label similar to  Avery Labels -  5163 but with the name after the address.

yes of course, it's possible. If you have a look in your SalesLogix Architect and select menu "Manage - Reports..." you will find all labels installed in your SalesLogix database. To add a new address label you have to use Crystal Report. You should have the Crystal Report software and licences in your SalesLogix package. After creating the address label in Crystal Report, you have to add that address label with the "Manage Report" tool within the SalesLogix Architect. Creating labels and using Crystal Reports is not as easy as creating a new Word template, so it might be better to ask your business partner for assistence.
