fiogf49gjkf0d I am having trouble with a system which has been upgraded from SalesLogix 7.5.2 to 8.0. When displaying a particular form, I am getting the error message as below. For me, this error message happens intermittently approximataley every 10 times I test it . For the customer, it happens every time a user logs in with a newly created windows profile (I.e. The very first time a user logs into SalesLogix and opens the form. From then onwards it works OK, no matter if they log-out/reboot etc. Unfortunately some of their users are using Citrix, which is re-creating the windows profile every time they log in).

On my system, I have fixed the problem by deleting all of the text box & picklist controls from the form and re-creating them in v8. The original form was developed in an old version of SLx (maybe 6.2?), so it's possible that v8 has added a new control property somewhere that is causing the problem.
Has anyone seen this before of have an idea what might be causing it? |
