We are trying to add a new button within the InsertTicket Quick Form, the button should popup the InsertContact Quick form so they idea is to create the contact during Ticket Creation and doing it in a contextual or inline popup so you once your done create the Contact it gets added as the Contact/Account of the ticket .. we tried a couple of approaches with Architect Tool but didn't work, I contact Sage support someone said is not possible with the Architect Tool.. can someone confirm?

LAN or Web? We've done this for several LAN customer's....Contact AND Account as well.....

What about just making the Contact not required during the ticket creation?


On the form the input is not required, I removed the bussiness rules that were associated to the form for Contact Validation, but still failing indicating that Contact is required .
