I have a weird error that i've only just noticed in SalesLogix v8.0 which I have updated from v7.5
In user Profile when I access any user's Client System screen i get the following error message: User Option Not Found DefaultLeadFaxTemplate:General
I look like I have my templates setup correctly for both Contact and Lead. I originally had only contact templates so I had to copy them and amend to create lead templates using the correct lead fields but i'm still recieiving the same error message.
It won't let me update anything on the screen as when I click OK i keep getting the error message.
I can use the other tabs within User Profile screen without issue it's just arould the Client System screen.
Does anybody have any idea why it is doing this and what caused it?
Has something been missed on the upgrade possibly with the error message being user option not found?
Any advice would be appreciated.
