Hello,

Recently we have been contacted by a customer that wants some data imported to be reassigned to a pecific team.

Can this be done by changing the SECCODE field? Do teams have a SECCODEID,  and would I find it in the SECURITYINFO table?

Or is this the wrong way to be thinking about it?

EDIT - Never mind, didn't realise there was an option to realign territories to a team.

The easiest way is via Admin - in there is tools / manage / re-align territory
This makes sure it deals with sub-entities.
It's also sync aware - if you use remotes etc.

You can change seccodeid - but you do need to ensure you do everything, and mistakes are not forgiving !
