Can I add an additional address to a Lead which will convert across once qualified?

Can this be done through the out of the box lead area or would customisation be required around the qualification code?

Unfortunately, to keep things simple a lead only has the idea of a single address. Once converted it can, of course, have multiple addresses. So, not without customisation.
