I am modifying the 'Close Opportunity' dialog form and in testing, I am getting this Invalid Record error when it displays:

In stepping through the code, I am not seeing any (apparent) differences between the original code and my changes, in terms of something being missing. Any suggestions on where to poke around to see what is wrong here?

Found the problem - I had a bad data path in some just-added pick lists. So I will get that fixed and all will be well.
