SLX Error

fiogf49gjkf0d We used SLX in my company and many times each day we encounter the error;
General: error on line: 36 – Unspecified failure
Context: DataGrid
@0: Basic Ticket: META Ticket Activity DataGrid WhenChange Status: 0xFFFFFFFF
Pls how do we go about resolving this problem to stop occurring. |

fiogf49gjkf0d It references line 36 of the basic script "Ticket: META Ticket Activity DataGrid WhenChange Status". What is on line 36 (and 35) of this script? Was this script customized? |

fiogf49gjkf0d I would look for a legacy form/script even if it is not released causing the error. I have seen these before caused by legacy items. Do you get the error as Admin and users or just users? |

fiogf49gjkf0d I have checked and no changes were made. I pretty new to SLX so it took a while to navigate the forms and the scripts and vefiry this info.
