I'm fairly new to the SalesLogix world; I've inherited a setup which has a test server and a production server both running. I'm trying to find a way to make changes to plugins on the test server and then deploy them in production without re-making them from scratch. Maybe this is easy...but not immediately apparent to me.

Find the tool called "Bundler". This will allow you to create a bundle of customizations that you can then install in the Administrator on the other system.
