can anyone tell me the plugin name of the opportunity lookup. Than is the form you get when you click the magnifying glass next to opportunity. Thanks ML

That's not a plugin, it's a lookup. In Architect, go to "Manage" and select "Lookups". In the dialog that opens, select "Opportunity" for main table. I believe the lookup you're looking for is the one on the field "Description". Select it and click edit. You can then change the layout or whatever you want. I would suggest, however, to not modify it too much as it will affect any place that lookup is used (which might be what you want, but might not be too). Best practice is sometimes to create a new lookup instead, but that really depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
