Location of the list of departments?

fiogf49gjkf0d When in the admin client, you can set the department for any given user profile. Including multiples departments. These are stored in USERINFO as a string with the actual values separated by semi-colons. I can't find these values in the PICKLIST table; is there another table that contains the values that populate the pop-up from which you select them in Admin? I'd like to duplicate that in the tickets form so that tickets can be assigned to departments as well as individuals.

fiogf49gjkf0d Ah, I see. With an SecCodeType of "D". I use a similar method for some fields' security, but go off of what's in the UserInfo table. Thanks! |
