Script Error occurred executing active form script

fiogf49gjkf0d On all contacts that have been imported to SLX from Outlook I cannot add a contact to that account. When I attempt to add a contact to an imported Outlook account I get error message...
"An error occurred executing active form script (System:Add New Contact Account). Type mismatch: 'lblAccOffice.Caption' at line 506, char 8."
After clicking OK I get another window saying...
"Error calling method cmdNextClick, Error in IDispatch.Invoke(): 0x80020101."
I understand beginning to intermediate VB Script, but am still learning SLX. Can someone please tell me how to fix this error and direct me where to go where I can fix the script?

fiogf49gjkf0d How did you do the original Outlook Contact Import?.. not using SalesLogix Intellisync I hope!
Sounds like the Address Record(s) for your Account(s) are messed up.
Run Integrity checker...
You will have to repair the data or re-import it.
I'd suggest exporting the Outlook Contacts to a (WIndows) csv file and use teh IW (Import Wizard) to re-import them...
Oh yes, delete all of the "bad" accounts first.

fiogf49gjkf0d Thanks for the insight Bob, but I was told that SLX does not like when a contact is imported and doesn't have an address. My fix to that was to either have the owners of the contact populate an address or merely enter the country (normally USA). After saving that I am able to add contacts to the account.
You make it a point to not use Intellisync, why? I am still a SLX newbie so am still eager to learn anything and everything about this application.
