Hi All,

SalesLogix version 6.2 SP3

We are currently working on automating of the lead entries that have been created on the company's website being imported into SalesLogix. We need a mechanism to notify users every time a new lead imported into database. We have a new main view and obvious thing to do is changing the navbar item properties e.g. icon, text.

But, there doesn't seem to be a way of getting hold of navbar item properties at runtime. I also looked at changing the caption of the main view, but again apparently they can only be modified in design time.

Can anyone suggest a way or know how get to Navbar items in runtime please?

Thanks

Enis

Version 7 you can assign NAV bars based on security, so you can release certain nav bars to certain users.. might help.. not run time but close
