Navigation bar

fiogf49gjkf0d Is there a way to access the Add, Edit, and Delete options for a Contract List View? I know this can be changed by going into the user profile and changing the security on the Service/Support tab for each user. I would like to hard code this so the Add, Edit, and Delete options are disabled if the Application.Name = “Support”. I have searched in the Menu and Toolbar plug-ins and I am unable to locate the Contract button that appears on the left hand side of the screen in the Support module. I also went into Architect, then into Tools>Client Options>Toolbars and deleted each toolbar individually but this only affects the left hand navigation bar of the Sales module. The grid that appears on the Support module screen does not have the ability to Add, Edit, or Delete but if a Support user clicks on the Contract button on the navigation bar they do have the options. Any help in removing the Contract button from the Support Client or disabling the Add, Edit, and Delete options when the Contract button on the navigation bar is clicked would be appreciated. If there is not any way of disabling these options is there any way of determining the view that gets called when the Contract button in the navigation bar is clicked? If I could locate that specific view I could change the view to one that is already Read Only. |
