If there is a way please help me on how to create one. i really need help on this one i'm new to slx architect.

File / New Plugin / Main View is the way to go. But if you're new to Architect you're going to find this a challenge without training ...

i've created a main view and inserted some custom form there but the form is not showing up whenever i run the application. what seems to be the problem here?

A lack of understanding. Please go back to your business partner and request assistance - this is a fairly involved area and not one to enter into lightly without a modicum of understanding on how views work (for example, in your case - the view won't show - as you've not added a NavBar item to actually make it selectable)

Agree 100% w/Mike. Developing a (new) MainView requires over 100 basic steps (I've documented them). There is no short cut, wizard, etc. It's very easy to think you have done it correctly and something as simple as not naming things "right" will make the whole thing fall over.

Do the following:
A - Go get Saleslogix training on developing apps (from an authorized training facility)
B - After A - get training on how to develop mainviews.
