Refresh Tab from Ticket Detail Form

fiogf49gjkf0d I'm working in the ticket module and we have a tab called "Details" that lists a summary and description of the ticket. When the ticket has a status of open, the summary and description fields are disabled. however, when the ticket is changed to complete, i enable the summary and description fields so the user can fill in this information. This works fine as long as i hit F5 after changing the ticket status from Open to Complete. If i do not hit F5 or change records and come back, the summary and description fields remain disabled.
I have not been able to send a command on the "Ticket Detail" form that will refresh the "Details" tab.
Does anyone know a way this can be accomplished?
