Does anyone know how to get the To line to fill in using SLX_DoOutlook_AS?

I have the body, and subject working fine - but the following line of code doesn't seem to work as I thought:

application.BasicFunctions.GlobalInfoSet "SLXEmail_StrContactList",strto

Anyone have this working?
I'm on 6.2, and can't tell if this is a security issue with Outlook, or if I'm just using the wrong code.

Thanks!

To be honest I've not used SLX_DoOutlook_AS. If what you're wanting to do is invoke an Outlook mail window and prefill it with whatever, take a look at:

Application.BasicFunctions.QueMessage

It allows you to do all of that with a single function call.

Of course, maybe I'm missing what you're after. Let me know

SLX_DoOutlook_AS has a line commented that prevents the To: line from being filled in. The reason this is done is because the Outlook security model will bring up a prompt when this happens. QueMessage gets around the security prompt but it's a simple wrapper around the mailto: protocol. QueMessage is useful when you want to just fill in basic in formation and be done. SLX_DoOutlook_AS actually lets you control the message so you can do things like send it automatically (which brings up another prompt) or add multiple attachments (which QueMessage does not do because mailto: only allows one attachment).

If you want full control of outlook via script, you will want to get Outlook Redemption.
Details at http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/

I've used it in the past with great success.
