The trouble occurs when opportunities are created at specific computers and are not user specific.

Error in include script SYSTEM:SP_SALESPROCESSFUNCTIONS at line 314.
Multiple-step operation generated errors.

Any suggestions?

Problem solved: 1252.nls -> 1251.nls for russian locale
