Two tickets for the price of one

fiogf49gjkf0d I have a managed form that creates tickets by calling a routine from the AXFormValidate event. I thought all worked well until I noticed that I was getting a second ticket added. The extra ticket is just one record in the Ticket table with the area/category/issue fields, ticketID (a new ticket), create/modify info and the SecCodeID ("SYST...1"). Nothing else.
This ticket is inserted after the validate event but before the form closes, and it's not done intentionally by me. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening?

fiogf49gjkf0d Check the Insert Ticket Script - I have some distant memory of it inserting the record prior to popping the view and then cleaning up in case of cancellation. If you replaced their screen with yours you might not be plugged into the housekeeping.
