Before V7 you could enter a network path as a URL in the attachment screens. In V7 that feature is not available, or doesn't work the same anyway. I would like to try to roll back the screens to the v6.2 screens and see if that functionality returns - but I can't seem to locate these screens -even in a 6.2 install. There is a tickets attachments screen (Ticket:Attachements), but I can't find the a/c/o attachments screens (pre 7). Does anyone know were I would find these screens? Thanks

The v7 screens were the first version to NOT be hardcoded. To get them back you'd have to downgrade.

Couldn't you just modify the v7 screens to work the way you desire? The only thing you can't really modify are the Application.BasicFunctions that pertain to the attachments.
