We currently have a client that needs to store additional data in the history table that is placed at the same time as completing an activity such as a phone call or meeting.

This data would be inputted through a series of checkboxes. I’m aware that these forms are locked down in SalesLogix so adding these controls to these forms is out of the question.

The client needs this information to be captured as soon as they complete the activity; they need to have a form that loads as soon as they choose OK to complete.

Is there any way this can be achieved?

Thanks

Andrew Rees

Hi Andrew,

Take a look at the OnCompletedActivity script in SLX. This will allow you to trigger your own screen following the OOTB history screen where you can prompt for the additional values.
