Insert New Ticket Form

fiogf49gjkf0d Hi Everyone,
I've got a request to add some fields to the insert ticket form (saleslogix client v.6.2.6), but I'm wondering what the best way to populate them is - they are fields that should be populated after you have selected an account or they should be populated if you are on an account screen and do "Insert New Ticket". I assume that I need to somehow refresh them or go grab the values because when I add the fields to the "Ticket Detail" form they work exactly as intended.
any thoughts, or questions if I'm not being clear?

fiogf49gjkf0d Justin, could it be as simple as populating the fields on insert, in the form open event, if your conditions are met? Then also check your conditions upon change of the associated account, then populate accordingly?
