I want to add an additional filter option to the Notes/History tab. Where do I do this? For example, we want to be able to filter by Category.

Open the Notes-History form - add the option there - but, there is a lot of code behind here that you'd need to alter all the code to handle the change you wish to make - but possible none the less.
