Hello Everyone

I have a requirement to add a new attribute to the user record. This attribute will store the user's login ID of another external system to which they have access.

Is there a way to add this new attribute(field) by customizing the User Profile screen that appears in the Administrator, OR, should I create a new form to handle this requirement.

Your help and suggestion is appreciated.

A quick solution would be to use on of the user text fields under the "custom" tab of a user in the workgroup admin. Aside from that you can not really customize the screens in the admin. These user text fields are stored in the userprofile table (usertext1-5). Other than that you would need to build a custom interface with an interface through the client or a custom app.
