Hi All

Is there any inbuilt escalation system in SLX which escalates the ticket to next level if the needed date is over and the ticket is still open.
If yes then how do we enable it.

If no then is there any way by which I can populate some pop-ups
(Reminders) for open tickets whose needed date is over.

Regards,

Same reply as on ITToolbox

There is a mechanism for setting up "levels" for escalation. In v6.2 there is a Notification Manager.. it NO longer exists and is not supported in v7.0.x (or 7.2 that is in beta). You have to use a third party tool like TaskCentre or roll your own.
