Hi all
SLX 7.1 SQL 2000

I am trying to localize the forms so that I can enter the infn in arabic and display them in the same. I am able to do this on each of the textboxes by changing there character set to Arabic on the main form. But when I sitch to grid view it shows me junk characters there. Can any one please advise me how should I proceed on this.

Thanx in advance

Hi Kirti!

you have to check your ControlPanel / Regional and Language Options / Advanced / Default Language for non-unicode programms. (as admin)
It should be Arabic.

Thanx for the reply. I have done that, but do I need to change the characterset of each control on all the forms.
2. If I do that then ondetail view it appears OK but on detail view it shows me Junk Characters in that particular column.

Regards
Kirti
