Hello,

I want to add a new tab to account and contact details. This tab shoulb be a copy of the activity tab. So I want to make a copy of the activity tab plugin but I cannot found it. Where is it?

Activity tab is hard coded. You'd need to create your own new one from scratch. Not too difficult t do, just a grid bound to ACTIVITY and all the necessary functions for invoking the activity dialogs are accessible via Application.BasicFunctions.

I need to create a customized activity tab to show some custom fields. I also need to create some custom reports to display the custom fields. How do you manage the recurring activities in the grid and reports?

For the reports, you'd handle that just as you would any report. However, for the recurring activities, you'll really be out of luck unless you are on v7. In v7 the activities are exposed via objects which you could use instead of a recordset from the activity table. It would then have reurring info added in.

Your reply (Activities tab is hard coded) apply to SalesLogix v7.2 or it's to previous versions?
