I have a installation in which the My Tickets group picks up two users for several of the users (but not all).

At least three of the users not only pick up their own tickets, but those of one other user (it's always the same other user), so that User A picks up User A and User B. User B picks up User B. User C picks up User C and User B. User D picks up User B and User D.

Weird eh?

Any advice?

I believe if you pop this group open you'll find that the filter is based on :ASSIGNTOLIST or something like that. I think this picks up everyone on the team the ticket is assigned to. Or possibly it's based on reporting hierarchy if assigned to a user......or both.

Yeah, I eventually figured out that the AssignedToList is kind of determined by the team member list in Admin. It turns out that the user who was showing up on everyone else's "My Tickets" list had everyone else as a member in his team and in that "can view" list. Removing the other people from that list cured the problem.
