Hi all
Is it possible to add forms containing textboxes and submit buttons to Mail Merge templates so that the user can simply enter his details in the template and click on submit button to post back the form to server.

absolutely, just need to set this up as a HTML template, with your fields and the form address to post too.
You will also need to set up a script to handle the post back.

Thanx Duncan,

I am still not able to find the textbox and button controls which I can place on Template. Am i supposed to use the controls of MS Word?

Is there a way by which I can write some HTML code for the templates which appears in the mailer?

I've never done it myself.
But if you right-click on your toolbar in MS Word you can add-in the "Web Tools" toolbar. You'll find all the fields you need there.
