Hi there,

Ever since we moved everyone onto a windows 2003 SP2 terminal server we have been recieving vbscript.dll errors on the client. Slxsystem is running as a service but we had the issue before this.

The only issue i can find and i dont actually know if this is an issue or not

On the terminal server we have vbscript version 5.6.0.8832
On the actual crm server its version 5.6.0.7426

Does anyone if this is the issue, or what the problem could be.

Hi Gavin,

I am running TS 2003 SP2 as well. I haven't encountered this issue on TS, but I have seen it on clients occasionally. In General, if you are sure the code on the page is good; then your exe has gone wobbly and SLX must be shutdown if not a complete reboot before this disappears. That is very general, mind you. I would verify the following items

1.) Did you put the timeout registry entry in for the SLXSystem.exe on your TS
2.) Did you install SLX in the install/Admin mode?
3.) Is your service running under a domain account (i.e. SLXService)
4.) Are your SLX service packs in sync between TS & App Server?
