Constant Variables Listing
Posted: 09 Jul 07 6:28 AM
I've noticed that in 7.0.x that color definitions are now constants. Is there any standard reference to all the various constants SalesLogix defines?
Thanks,
John G.

What I've done recently and seems to work is to open up the properties for the item you want to change the color on, find the property that you want to change the color on, and then find the color. In your code, spell it just like it reads on the property, and that should work. This doesn't give you an entire list, but it is a quick way to find whatever color you need to set in your code.
What I've done in the past is to add an invisible control with the color attributes that I want and set the visible control color properties to the invisible controls color properties when the action was necessary. I'm sure glad I moved on to using the constants... :P
