I am trying to find the code that formats the email body from the ticket detail screen. I am running SLX 7.0 with SP1 applied.
I thought it was in the SLX commons called "formatemailbody" but that does not appear to be it.

The method name is still the same but the code your looking for is actually in the System:Email - Send Ticket Information plugin.
