Loading/unloading and displaying a image

What i am basically trying 2 achieve is the following:
I have created a form which contains a image box.
The user is required 2 press a button which prompts him 2 select the file.
Once selected, the file must be loaded into the database, then displayed in the image box.
here is the current script used:

Well i used Ryan from the sites help, 2 get this working.
If any1 else wants 2kno how 2 do this, especially in a terminal server enviroment contact me as the author of the article 'How to Save and Read images in a SalesLogix Database', had some fundemental errors in his code.
Thanks to fellow developer and his staff Trevor Kensey, i have got this to work.
