send read receipt and delivery receipt in templates not working Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hi all
When designing templates we have an option to chck for read / delivery receipt. I am not able to check these check boxes. After putting a check on them and doing a save & close, when I reopen it is again blank. Has anyone used this feature.. Please advise

I m on SLX 7.0/ SQL 2K5/ Outlook 2003
