Hello everyone. I am just starting out with SLX and it's a but confusing

I am trying to add a new columb to the Contacts Data Grid that displays the Lead Source Sub-Type from the Leads screen. I wasn't able to locate where it saves the info to and how I extract it in order to have it display on the Contacts Data Grid. Could someone please help me figure this out?

Actually this is what I'm looking to do. After lead is converted to a contact, information about the show needs to be displayed on the Lead Sources tab of the Contact module.
